Etienne Lengereau is an expert on territorial issues. He joined La Poste in 2004 as head of regional planning, after having been a technical adviser in the Cabinet of the Minister of Civil Service, State Reform and Regional Planning (2002-2004 ).
A specialist in intermunicipal co-operation, he led the Assembly of French Inter-municipal Authorities (ADCF 1994-2002). A graduate of Sciences-po Aix, he is engaged in local life as mayor of Montrouge in the Hauts de Seine.
