Frédéric Monlouis-Félicité, is a seasoned professional with a multi-faceted experience at the crossroads of economic thinking, business networks and public policies.
He has been Advisor to the CEO, VINCI Autoroutes, with a focus on innovation and foresight for 4 years. Over more than 20 years of professional experience, he has led airborne units as an Army officer and managed international teams at GE Capital and SAP. From 2011 to 2017, Frédéric has led Institut de l’entreprise, the main business think tank in France. In this role, he developed a hands-on experience on researching and disseminating knowledge and recommendations to policy-makers and business leaders, with expertise on public policies as well as economic, management and social foresight.
Frédéric graduated with honours from Saint-Cyr Military Academy (MA in geopolitics and international relations) and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He also graduated from the French National Defence Institute (Institut des hautes études de la Défense nationale – IHEDN).
Frédéric Monlouis-Félicité was a member of the steering committee of La Fabrique de la Cité until 2023.
