CCI Grand Lille
Jean-Louis Guérin has been Executive Director of the CCI Grand Lille since 2012. He propelled the Third Industrial Revolution programme, which is related to the objective set by Jeremy Rifkin of CCI Nord de France and the Région Nord-Pas-de-Calais to develop a post-carbon economy in the regional territory, by using new technologies.
Jean-Louis Guérin has held the positions of Associate Director at BIPE, an advisory firm in strategic analysis and economic prospects, and then of Regional Director of Information and Economic and Territorial Analyses at CCI Nord de France.
Jean-Louis Guérin is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, and the Université Panthéon Sorbonne with a doctorate in economics.
