With a degree in Engineering, a PhD in HR and an MBA, Jocelyne Vassoille, who was born in 1965, started her career in aviation and HR consulting. In 1996, she joined the Danone group, where she alternated between positions in corporate services and operational divisions in France and overseas before taking up the role of Director of International Talent Management in the Fresh Dairy Products Division and Group Sales and Marketing functions. In 2008, Jocelyne Vassoille moved to LVMH as Director of Human Resources in charge of Talent Acquisition and Development for the Selective Distribution, Perfumes and Cosmetics divisions, and was subsequently appointed Director of Human Resources, at Parfums Christian Dior. In 2013, she became Director of Human Resources, CSR and them Communications at the Vivarte group, and in 2016, she secured the position of Director of Human Resources of L’Oréal’s Research & Innovation Division.
