Laurent Vigneau has been developing an expertise in urbanism, territorial planning, environmental issues and mobility optimization for 25 years.
This broad field of intervention allowed him to take part in large territorial projects and in urban and transport operations at different scales, in metropolises and abroad. He joined SOGELERG-SOGREAH in 1994 and has been a member of the French Society of Urbanists since 1993. Laurent Vigneau is an urbanist recognized by the OPQU who began his career by carrying out general studies on transport, eco-mobility issue, and environmental and territorial planning.
After a period at SYSTRA, he joined Artelia to pilot large urban and transport projects, from preliminary studies to construction. Multi-skilled and autonomous, Laurent Vigneau has directed important projects in metropolitan France, French Polynesia and Reunion. From 2011 to 2015, Laurent Vigneau was in charge of the “Territorial Development and mobility” activities of Artelia. Heading a team of 50, he boosted the activity and integrated the Tourism, Leisure and Culture section. He worked to imbricate urban and transport key skills to create the “signature Artelia” on urban projects, studies and consulting.
He also created the new departments “Assistance Générale et PPP” and “Outremer Transport & Infra”. Laurent Vigneau pilots the sustainable city demonstrator “Santiago Deseado”, a numeric tool to present French opportunities ordered by the French government.
Laurent Vigneau is a member of the steering committee of La Fabrique de la Cité.
