John Barrow is Senior Principal in the consulting firm POPULOUS (formerly HOK).

He participated in the O2 Arena and Olympic Games 2012 projects. For the Olympic Games 2012, the firm led reflection on the choice of location of the different infrastructure. In April 2009, it was chosen to design the Olympic Stadium along with various other structures (architecture and design) and participated in constituting the file for London’s bid to host the Olympic Games.

John Barrow also directed construction of the Faro and Benfica stadium in Portugal for Euro 2004. He is currently in charge of the team working on OL Land (Lyon, France).

La Fabrique de la Cité is a think tank dedicated to urban foresight, created by the VINCI group, its sponsor, in 2010. La Fabrique de la Cité acts as a forum where urban stakeholders, whether French or international, collaborate to bring forth new ways of building and rebuilding cities.
