Singapore Land Transport Authority Academy (Singapore)
Mohinder Singh is the Dean the Land Transport Authority Academy of Singapore. The Academy conducts research and training and exchange of knowledge on land transport policy and planning.
He was the Director of Planning of the Land Transport Authority from 1996 to 2007 before assuming his current appointment as Dean of the LTA Academy.
Before joining the Land Transport Authority, he served in various senior positions in the Ministry of National Development overseeing urban and transport planning in Singapore.
Mohinder Singh holds a degree in civil engineering from Queen’s University, Canada and a Masters degree in Transportation from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
