La Fabrique de la Cité
Marie Baléo was a Project Manager and then Head of Studies and Publications at La Fabrique de la Cité from 2016 to 2021.
She has led several research projects, notably on major infrastructure and development projects and democracy, the affordable housing crisis in European metropolises, and the reception of asylum seekers in German and Swedish cities.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Washington University in St. Louis, Marie Baléo was previously a strategy consultant; she is also the editor of Le Grand Continent, the journal of the Groupe d’études géopolitiques, and a Fellow in the GGF2035 program supported by the Robert Bosch Foundation.
