Research engineer
University of Perpignan
A graduate of HEC Paris and the École nationale supérieure d’architecture, Paris-La Villette, Maxence Naudin works as a research engineer at the University of Perpignan Via Domitia, where he takes part in the collective research project “Housing undergoing a densification crisis. Planning residential areas in line with land parsimony and spatial justice challenges”. He is also a founding member of the Institut de la Transition Foncière, a professional association that aims to shift the focus of urban and territorial planning to preserving land and living soil.
Through his work, he is one of the authors of La Transition Foncière (ed. Jean Guiony), published in 2023 by Éditions de l’Aube.
