Before joining La Fabrique de la Cité, Pacifique worked for a French automotive group where he participated in the development of mobility services. Passionate about public affairs and the functioning of local authorities, Pacifique also worked for the Paris City Council and the Association of French Mayors and Presidents of Intercommunities (AMF).
With a double degree in Law and Political Science, Pacifique then obtained a Master’s degree in Public Affairs at the Institut Catholique de Paris and at the Université Paris-Dauphine.
