A significant part of his career was spent in construction, managing and working on some of the most difficult and significant urban heavy civil projects in the United States.
Mr. Sidney Florey is the North American Director of Business Development for VINCI Concessions, managing the P3 Development Activities throughout North America.
Some of these recognizable projects include the I-35 West Bridge Reconstruction in Minnesota, the Chicago Tunnel and Reservoir Project(s), the Boston Central Artery Tunnel Project(s), and the Washington DC Metro. As the Director of Business Development for Vinci Concessions North America, he has devoted significant time to working with clients and stakeholders during the procurements, as well as providing guidance and leadership in representing VINCI lead teams in pursuit of numerous P3 projects throughout North America.
