Dr. Thomas Bryer is Assistant Professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He also serves as Director of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management, former President of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), and Founding Chair of the Technology Advisory Committee for ASPA.
Dr. Thomas Bryer research has been published in the top academic journals, including Public Administration Review and Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. He has a recent essay published in “La gouvernance en révolution(s) – Chroniques de la gouvernance 2012”.
He holds a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
