Already while completing his degree in Business Administration in Hamburg, Tim Lorenz was able to acquire extensive, valuable experience working for ESSO AG [EXXON]. He furthered his education at the Technical University Dresden and became an expert in Real Estate Evaluation and Construction Costs Determination. He started his career at a medium-sized construction company in which he was responsible for the Project Development and Construction of turnkey projects. He joined Eurovia in 2000 and started with the reorganization of a subsidiary. Beginning in 2015 he developed the PPP Business for the VINCI Group in Germany. After more the ten years’ leadership in large Eurovia Construction joint-ventures (for 3 PPP projects), he moved to the Operational side of the business und took over the responsibility for construction and industry throughout Germany. After sitting on Eurovia’s management board for several years, he was elected board chairman in 2018.
