Born in 1964, with a technical-sales background, Vincent Bouffard began his career in the field of industrial automation. He joined GTIE (VINCI Energies) in 1996 to manage a service company in the tertiary sector. From 2000 to 2003, Vincent Bouffard was dedicated to the Telecom Infrastructure business, first as regional manager for the Île-de-France region and then as head of the regional director in the Île-de-France region and then as director of the Graniou brand (Axians). In 2003, Vincent Bouffard became Managing Director of the VINCI Energies business line covering the north of France, then Deputy Managing Director of VINCI Energies France in 2012.
In 2023, he joined the board of Directors of La Fabrique de la Cité.
